Jeannette completed his tenth season with the ALMS behind the wheel of the #06 CORE Autosport FLM09 in the LMPC class as the 2011 LMPC driver and team co-champion. Jeannette returned to the LMPC class in 2011 after winning four races and finishing 2nd in the championship in 2010. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience with the series and class, Jeannette is working towards a CORE autosport championship win in it’s first year with the American Le Mans series.
Jeannette has a long history at Le Mans after becoming the youngest finisher on record in 2000 at the age of 18. Since then the young American has competed at the famed French race 7 times with several class podiums and a best overall finish of 5th with the factory Panoz LMP1 Team. He has raced both in the US and Europe for the factory Panoz effort and Ford Racing’s sports car program in addition to several other private teams.
When not driving race cars professionally you can find Jeannette skydiving and BASE jumping. After starting skydiving in 2004, Jeannette caught the jumping bug quickly and has racked up more than 1500 skydives and 200 BASE jumps. He’s participated in world record skydives and flown Wingsuits off cliffs in the European Alps. Jeannette has also been featured on MTV, People Magazine, USA Today, and several other local and nationwide publications.
Look for Jeannette to be setting the pace and adding to his win / pole total in the LMPC class in 2011.
